DEPOSITION RECORDING (updated 2026)
Two hour minimum @ $115.00 per hour
The two hour minimum includes:
Local travel, equipment set-up (30 minutes), equipment break-down (30 minutes) & one hour of deposition recording from the scheduled start time.
Safety back-up .mp4 copy in held at our office provided at no charge.
(*National Companies/ Deposition Services add additional $15 per hour)
Video Deposition Copy Charges
$35.00 per encoded hour for .mp4 HD files Flash Drive,or DropBoxed ($35 minimum charge )
$35.00 per encoded hour for mpeg 1 or 2, .mov., etc. video files dropbox or flashdrive ($35 minimum)
We use Time Coder Pro to Sync the Transcript and Video to each other
$75.00 per testimony hour for Synced Video with Transcript on .mp4 HD video files on Flash Drive,, or DropBoxed ($75 minimum)
$75.00 per testimony hour for Synced Video with Transcript mpeg 1 or 2, .mov., etc. video files digital upload , Flash Drive, etc. ($75 minimum)
*We charge less for .MP4 HD video Files on Flash Drives, SD Cards, or DropBoxed because they require much less time & energy to produce.
LITIGATION DOCUMENTARIES

TRAVEL FEES
No charge for Albuquerque Metro Area
Santa Fe: $75.00 flat travel fee
Outside Albuquerque/Santa Fe: $50.00 per hour travel time
Video depositions/assignments requiring travel outside the Albuquerque metropolitan area are subject to a three-hour minimum videography charge. In addition, travel time is billed at $50.00 per hour for travel to and from the assignment. Lodging, parking, and other travel expenses may also apply.
Assignments canceled after a videographer has been dispatched or has begun traveling may be billed for the applicable minimum videography charge, travel time, and any incurred travel expenses
CANCELLATION FEES
$150 if less than 12 hours notice
$230.00 if set up, plus travel fees if applicable
